Seedling Nursery is an Ofsted Outstanding Nursery based in Leamington Spa town centre.

Welcome to Seedling Nursery, a privately owned nursery setting of 70 children on our roll. We are a warm and friendly team who pride ourselves on the quality of our Early Years practice. This is a full time position. You will need an Early Years qualification for this role, you will be someone who is dynamic, has the ability to work as part of a team, be able to use your initiative and time effectively to ensure the smooth running of the room and team members working with you as part of the team. Having worked with children before is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established team and to work closely with the Nursery team, the management team, and the Director.

The nursery has an excellent reputation and we want to maintain the excellent standards that the nursery has already been accredited for when we received ‘good in all areas’ in our last Ofsted inspections.

You will be someone who is mature, experienced and focused on delivering excellent standards of care with a natural ability to work as part of a team and always be willing to go above and beyond.
